2)d) There is plastic wrap and a gallon size plastic bag stored in a drawer in the kitchen area that is accessible to children. These were removed today. 3)a) There are some holes in the shed in the back of the outdoor play area with splintered edges accessible to children. 3)a) The plastic wrap in the kitchen drawer has a sharp cutting edge on the box and this is accessible to children. This was removed today. 3)g) There were some cracked and broken plastic toys in the outdoor play area including a toy mower and toys with broken plastic edges. These were removed today. 3)g) There were two metal trikes with missing pedals and surface rust that were not in good condition. One of them was also missing the handlebar grips. These were removed today.
